Part 2: Football Time
I couldn't possibly write about Ole Miss and not mention their most famous, if not one of the most famous nationally. . .The Grove. We have never seen tailgating like this, NEVER. Flower arrangements, flat screen TV's, good food, catered food, pearls, heels, dresses, seer-sucker pants, sweet hospitality and more good food! This is a party you come wearing your finest.
Wearing our BYU clothes and entering campus we weren't sure what to expect. Never once did we hear a crude comment. People would smile and say, "Welcome to Ole Miss." "Hope you enjoy your stay." Welcome, welcome, and more welcomes. These are the NICEST people (especially in the SEC) that we have ever met.
I didn't get a picture but there was one tent we passed that had this huge fancy-looking dollhouse. Then he opened it up like an armoir and there you see two flat screens on one door, two flat screens on the other door, and one big flat screen in the middle. He wasn't alone in this massive TV watching picnic.
We would stop and talk to the random BYU fans around campus and learn where they traveled from. Liam got bored with our conversations and decided to take hold of the camera.
Gotta love this!
